The prices maintained by Event Spot are based on the market prices. The prices are based on supply and demand.

On our website you can pay for your tickets with PayPal, Credit Card and IDEAL. Event Spot recommends PayPal as payment method for online purchases. PayPal accepts all mayor credit card companies and payments by bank transfer. Do you still have problems with the method of payment, please contact the custumer service.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an order made on the website. Only order tickets when you are sure you can attend the match. Also, make sure that you order tickets for the desired match.

When you think you received the incorrect tickets, compare the tickets with the information of your order. If this is incorrect, please contact our customer service team.

Tickets will usually be sent out two weeks prior to the selected match by Event Spotl. This timeframe applies because the promotors maintain different times for releasing their tickets. As soon as your tickets are send out you will receive an e-mail with confirmation your tickets are send, accompanied with a tracking number. For some federations it isn’t possible to deliver the tickets in advance. In these cases the customer service of Event Spot will contact you to arrange a delivery at a hotel or accommodation.

The clarification of categories plus the legenda will give you a good indication of where your seat(s) are in the stadium. At the time of the order it is often impossible to give the exact seat numbers of your ticket. However, if we do have the seat numbers available we will certainly provide you these.

Event Spot will guarantee when you order two tickets, these tickets will be located next to each other. For bookings from three or more tickets we will do our very best to get all the seats next to each other, however this is not something we can guarantee. When it isn’t possible to place all clients together, they will be split up. In any case, we will take care of your seats being as close to each other as possible.

Unfortunately, Event Spot can’t offer a refund or replacement in case of lost, stolen of damaged tickets. When you’ve received your tickets, they are your property. From that point the tickets will no longer be protected by our Ticket Guarantee. Make sure you’ll save your tickets in a secure environment.
